HaHoKa Seating Warranty Policy

Coverage Duration: HaHoKa seating chairs are backed by a warranty of 5 years, starting from the date of purchase, providing assurance to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defects.
Covered Components: Our warranty extends for a duration of 5 years and includes the gas spring, mechanism, base, and castors, ensuring their quality and performance throughout the warranty period.
Definition of Normal Use: Normal use is defined as the standard commercial usage expected in a typical office setting, involving 8 hours of daily use, 5 days a week. This warranty applies to individuals within a weight range of 120 to 140kg, as specified in the product description.
Exclusions: Items not installed, utilised, or maintained as per HaHoKa Seating guidelines are excluded from coverage under this warranty. Additionally, any repairs or alterations conducted by unauthorised parties or adjustments made to mechanical components may void the warranty.
Minor Discrepancies: Minor discrepancies in dimensions, colour, texture, or appearance of the goods received by the customer, when compared to the images or descriptions provided on the website, are not covered under this warranty.
Packaging Damage: Damage limited to the packaging only is excluded from warranty coverage.
Exclusions from Coverage: Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents, or repeated impacts, such as rigid armrests hitting against laminated desk edges, is not covered. Normal wear and tear, damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alterations, or negligence are also not eligible for coverage. Furthermore, this warranty excludes coverage for the upholstery material.
Localised Wear Exclusion: The warranty excludes coverage for localised wear, such as damage caused by metal zippers on clothing, belt studs, key rings in pockets, burns, stains, soiling, pet-related damage, cuts, improper installation, misuse, or any damage resulting from the application of third-party protective treatments.
Claim Processing: To utilise the HaHoKa seating guarantee, customers should contact the HaHoKa reseller from whom they purchased the chair. Provide the original purchase invoice (including the invoice number) along with a photograph or video detailing the fault. The reseller will assess the chair and, if necessary, coordinate with HaHoKa Seating to handle the claim appropriately.
Return to Base Freight Cost: HaHoKa Seating will cover the Return to Base freight cost (from the Reseller to HaHoKa) if authorised product return or guarantee claim is approved.
Installation, Service, or Repairs Costs: All costs associated with installation, service, or repairs, including labor, travel, and any related expenses, are the sole responsibility of the customer. HaHoKa Seating will not cover any costs incurred for installation, service, or repairs, whether performed by authorized service providers or otherwise.
Policy Updates: HaHoKa Seating reserves the right to update the warranty conditions specified in this document as and when required. Any changes or updates to the warranty policy will be communicated to customers through our website and authorized resellers. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Customers are encouraged to regularly review our warranty policy for any updates or changes.
